50 over Fifty
I was delighted to be commissioned to shoot 50 women, all over 50, across the UK. This was an amazing opportunity to develop my skills as a narrative portrait photographer and smash some tired stereotypes about women over 50, like me : )
The UK’s insurance industry wanted to shine a spotlight, celebrate and support these amazing women. They bring experience, wisdom and energy to the world of work and yet can feel sidelined and marginalised. Created for an exhibition and book, each portrait was shown accompanied by the subject’s story in their own words.
